Randy first fell in love with the real estate world as an investor, owning forty-eight properties in three years around the Wilmington, North Carolina area. While he found this experience to be both personally rewarding and lucrative, he had a strong desire to share his knowledge and expertise with others. Randy had earlier worked in service and property investment, so becoming a licensed real estate agent seemed like a natural step for him.

Prior to real estate, Randy served as a sergeant in the Marine Corps. Over a period of eight years, he was a small unit leader, completed multiple trips overseas and one year of service on navy ships. Randy later relocated to the Hampton Roads area, because it's both a transient and military based location. He takes pleasure in working with military families, as he can relate to their experiences and understands their housing needs. Additionally, Randy is a full-time agent for both first-time home buyers and experienced investors.

Although his friends may call him a work-a-holic, Randy considers real estate a personal passion and hobby - he loves working with individuals, families and investors to help them achieve their dreams of home ownership and investment. When he's not with clients, you can find him enjoying the outdoors with his dog, Rusty, on the golf course, or researching new housing opportunities that have just landed on the market.
