I'm Jonathan Beasley and I am one of the very few genuine "locals" here in the Hampton Roads area. I was born and raised in Hampton Roads and love the opportunity to use my familiarity with the area to match my clients to the home that best meets their needs and help them fulfill their visions of home ownership. I am a full time, full service agent and have been for many years. Throughout my time in Real Estate, I have worked very hard to establish an unparalleled network with local builders to ensure ready access for my clients. I'm equally adept at connecting clients to the right home from the multitude of existing construction as well. My clients truly have no limitations when working with me. I take the time and give the effort necessary to make the home buying process enjoyable, seamless, and stress free.

I invested in my first property at age 21, and have been meaningfully involved and in love with, the power of Real Estate ever since. The most significant portion of my business is in serving first time home buyers, and military buyers, and educating them on the benefits and leverage of Real Estate ownership. Prior to becoming a full time Real Estate agent, I spent several years serving the Navy with a defense contracting firm; I also have several siblings that are veterans of the Armed Services. My youngest brother is still on active duty and proudly serving in the Marine Corps. As such, I am quite familiar with the unique needs of DoD clients, and I love the opportunity to help them through the process of utilizing their VA eligibility to find the right home for them and their family.

I hold a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, and I'm extremely passionate about using my organizational skill set to build my business, and most importantly, to effectively serve my clients. I also consider myself a "life-long" learner. As such, I stay up to date and on the cutting edge of the Real Estate market at large, the local Real Estate market, and client rights. I consider it my professional duty to ensure that the people who work with me have every advantage available when entering into Real Estate ownership and that they are fully protected.

I am proud and lucky to say that I'm married to Rachel Beasley, the most wonderful person in the world, and I have two beautiful children, Emma, (age 5) and Will (age 4). They are truly the light of my life. My hobbies include music (I'm an avid bass player), fitness, golf, reading, watching football, and most importantly a connection to ministry/outreach to both my church and my community. In many ways I view that as my chief "calling" in life.
